If Ricardo's place is available, BOOK IT!! It was the highlight of our stay in Parikia. It was the only "cottage"(second floor) across from the beach. The patio was incredible(huge, private with amazing views plus shade, day beds, and a large dining table), and the inside is very nice and spacious with excellent AC. The bedroom has shutters over the windows, preventing early light from entering your bedroom in the morning. Book a reservation at Mario restaurant, not even a minute walk away, overlooking the sea. Ricardo is incredible. He was extremely attentive, yet we never saw him, aside from check-in. He helped us with our bags and told us playfully that he would be angry if we didn't message him with a request or inquiry during our stay. We very were close to many beach restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the main part of town. Noise was not an issue at all. We felt very safe and we were the only ones there. There is a great parking spot that is gated. The beach is excellent: clear and warm water. One review stated that they enjoyed cooling off in the water and then walking back to dry off on the patio. We very much enjoyed this as well. Ricardo also provides a hose to wash away the sand. BOOK this place. You will not regret it. Thank you, Ricardo!!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. All was perfect. We had very spacious studio with very comfortable bed. Sitting area, kitchen stuff, fridge, kettle. Lovely small balcony. Location - few minutes walk to the port. Would love to stay there again one day hopefully..

The property was charming, peaceful, and spotless throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special were the incredible hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We love that its by the beach, cooling, beautiful, clean, cozy and everything you can ever ask for in a holiday. My wife and I were here for our honeymoon and its the best accomodation we had in our whole trip. They had private parking to keep your car safe. They had the prettiest spot to have breakfast. The nicest properly overlooking the beach which is a perfect place to chill at night or sip on your coffee in the morning. Plenty of restaurants around and a very big thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Manos for treating us with so much hospitality. He will great us everyday with so much genuine kindness and prepare and big hearty breakfast with the freshest produce on the island and it was so delicious and filling we had to skip lunch. A big thank you to Manos and his family for providing such a good place to stay. 100000000/10 will return❤️

There are just so many things to say about this apartment! Eleni is just PERFECT place to be in. The apartment is a very cozy. It is the most cleanest possible and equipped with everything you need, like baths, shampoos and soaps that are high quality with very good smell. The yard is beautiful with a lot of flowers and herbs. It can be seen they pay a lot of attention to every detail of the property. The restaurant is in the yard and the breakfast was really good here! The owners (Anna and Mihailis) were very polite with us and we really felt as welcome as possible. Anna is literally the word ''hospitality'' in human form! She was also very helpful and informing about the beaches and places to visit! The property is near the city center of Parikia and near the port as well. If I could, I would write tons of good recensions everywhere and 10 is not enough to explain how impressive everything is!
