If there is something like the perfect place with the perfect host - this is the place. It truely cannot be better. We came by bike on the Ring of Kerry. We had a place to put the bike in and load the battery. We experienced a very warm-hearted host couple who offer superbly clean and comfortable rooms. The support is excellent. The view from the house down onto the creek is one of the best we ever had on our many bike trips.

We felt very welcomed by the hostes. The rooms were neat, clean, lovely and suited us perfectly. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing. The hotel and Kitchen staff were very friendly and professional. The ambiance of the hotel and surroundings were calm and relaxing. Our room was clean and the beds are comfy. We would definitely return to the Smugglers inn for an other stay.

A nicely renovated old hotel in a beautiful setting, a few minutes from the ocean. The apartment was very cosy, with lovely wallpaper and a very comfortable bed. Melissa the owner kindly told us about the history of the hotel while we had a wonderful breakfast. The place has a lounge area with antique furniture, ideal for groups.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Seagull Cottage B&B in Portmagee! We arrived a day before our trip to Skellig Michael and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our car in their yard while we were on the trip, despite having checked out early in the morning.The room was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We were especially delighted by a personalized stone with my name and a short message in the room, a truly heartwarming touch. The surroundings were beautiful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.
