We stayed in a beautiful apartment surrounded by nature – everything was peaceful, well-kept, and full of Tuscan charm. The area was stunning, with lovely greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. This B&B shines like a beacon on the hill. It's clean as a whistle and the well heated rooms have excellent views but the real draw is the hospitality. My partner and I rocked up off season and expected restaurants in Stazzema to be open. They weren't. Daniella made us an excellent dinner with drinks. If it didn't save our life it certainly made the night very welcoming. Come here and stay. Seriously.

The B&B is in a magical location, we have never before felt so remote yet comfortable - it is very rare to sleep next to waterfalls, which made the stay feel very special and romantic. My partner and I were staying for our anniversary, and Gianluca (the host) was exceptionally friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The room has all the facilities one could desire, and the breakfast had excellent options - it was particularly nice to be able to choose what we wanted to eat/drink and dine outside. Whilst I had initially chosen the booking for its outstanding location, I would certainly go back equally for Gianluca's hospitality. We had a slight moment of panic when my partner left some of her belongings by mistake in a bedroom drawer, but Gianluca immediately informed us and arranged for the belongings to be delivered to us, which was an extra level of thoughtfulness and honesty that exceeded expectations. We will certainly be visiting Candalla again, as the whole experience was memorable.

It’s location, super quiet and great air conditioning and the little extras included with the stay including mini fridge beverages and fruit bowl. So thankful also for Cathy bringing my mobile into the local cafe when I’d forgotten it when leaving for morning bus for airport. Stopped me from having to run back up the hill and back!

Breakfast as such isn't provided but there was a huge selection of fresh fruit,juices,water and drinks. Replenished daily Beautiful room,every comfort met and Cathy helpful with information and she, Walter and staff all charming and helpful. I would absolutely return and recommend.
