I needed a place to stop on my journey to southern Italy, and this B&B was a great find. Friendly and helpful owners. A wood burning stove blazing away to make the large room cosy. It's in a very quiet and tranquil spot, but it's not far from the autostrada. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and the one I tried (recommended by the owner) was pretty good. I'll definitely be back when I pass that way again.

We had a delightful stay at Villa Gildanna2. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the house is grand and beautiful. Breakfast was ample for the day’s walk ahead. We only stayed the one night as we were walking the Via Francigena which meant we really didn’t get time to appreciate the garden or relax in the sitting room. Franzisca and Yari were wonderful hosts who were happy to help us and were very generous.
