The room and hotel were very clean, the manager of the hotel was amazing. Really looked after me when my flight was delayed and diverted because of the eruption, so I arrived around 4am which he stayed up to welcome me and provided me with great food and drinks. Very great customer services

Loved the treatment we got. It was totally one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. Everyone in the house and also in the village was so friendly. You absolutely need to eat in A Cisterna Trattoria. We slept plenty as it was very quiet and the mattress is pretty good. You get your privacy as there are window blinds, just ask if you can’t figure it out! Also I read the reviews and of course there is hot water, just ask if you have any issue and they switch it up for you. We got nice breakfast in the morning. The villa sits in a beautiful garden. You can park on the site. It’s a luxury! You absolutely can’t miss Etna and it’s exceptional surroundings and nature. The smells and colours will always stay on my mind. As well as the food and wine. Enjoy

What can I say about this accommodation and its host, Ottavio. The whole stay end to end was absolutely seamless. The accommodation is located in the most charming town in Sicily - simply beautiful and you must visit. The buildings are lovely, the people are amazing, the wine bars and restaurants were delicious. The location is perfect if you’d like to visit some vineyards, we went to Donna Fugata and Frank cornelissen’s and would recommend both. We had an issue with our room on day 1, reported it to Ottavio, and he replied immediately and resolved it within a coupes of hours. Brilliant service. The room was spotless clean and well stocked. The room also had x6 bottles of delicious local wines (available for a charge) so we were able to sit on the gorgeous terrace area and enjoy a bottle. Our host also gave us many recommendations for restaurants which were all delicious. He also offers a taxi service if you have a wine tour booked. I can’t recommend this stay enough. Get booking :)
