Wow, the rooms were so nice and clean, new, and super spacious! Plus, the breakfast was a feast with tons of coffee to go around. And the garden was just beautiful! We even got to use the water hose to wash our bikes!

Incredible host, very friendly, gracious and helpful. Abundance of snacks and drinks to self serve from, and the breakfast was the best I've had in my month long trip around Italy. Comfortable bed and clean room - you'll want to stay here!

Big room, good bed, very nice bathroom. Kitchen with all commodities, balcony with view to the Roman castle. Peaceful, no noise from the street. The host was very helpful and responsible. She showed us around in the old town and helped us finding a parking place nearby our room.
