Everything about the B&B is lovely. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and B&B very quiet. The location is perfect, close to everything and safe. The hosts were fantastic and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! We loved our stay and we will be back. A big bonus was being able to leave our luggage after check out. Location is excellent, right in the old centre of Lucca, if you open the windows you hear sounds of an lively Italian city form the street under your window , if you wan't to have peace, you just close the ( very soundproof) windows. The room was spotlesly clean, everything is new and decorated with taste, the host is extremly kind and attentive and gave us advice of what we can see in the vicinity of Lucca. You can also make tee or cofee in a pleasant little kitchen ( shared), with the microvave and a fridge. From the kitchen you have a really pretty view, as the windows look directly on the Amphiteatre square. The Residenza has a really pleasant vibe. We wished we could have stayed longer. If you come by car you park in the garage at the beginning of the old town and then you walk around 10-15 min to the residence.
