We received a very warm welcome from Agostino, who even made us tea on arrival. He also recommended the nearby fabulous agriturismo, Le Vigne Ducali, for what turned out to be a wonderful evening meal. We had very nice breakfasts each morning. Agostino's wife kindly drove is to the station to catch the Trenino Verde. Their hospitality was superb.

The location, if a little remote, was exceptionally beautiful - one can only experience this type of peace and ethereal beauty when travelling just a little further off the beaten path. The most unique place we ever stayed at- older building in the middle of nowhere but very well equipped and maintained. Beds and towels were really clean. The best part was great breakfast with the local made foods and tasty coffee. Stuff was extremely helpful.
