We liked everything about our stay. Federica the host is available for any recommendations or questions. She is a really welcoming person and the room is perfect, nice view outside (we saw the sunrise from the balcony), the apartment is super new and super clean. We couldn't ask for more from our stay in Modica and we will come back ! Thanks Federica!

The location was great. Unbelievable lovely and quiet although it was almost in the centre. The host was exceptional. Very pleasant stay. The property was so friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, even though a bit difficult to find it for the first time, but love the quiet environment. Bed very comfortable. Washing machine is good to use and brings convenience. Room maintained very clean. Breakfast excellent and plentiful with good flavor and service.
