What an amazing place! Owner and his family are very nice and helpful people. Place is a outskirts of city, Samuel (the owner) offered us the ride to town for a dinner, next day family member dropped us off to Via Francigena. Room is spacious, you can feel it is new and fresh, very clean, with big and comfortable bed (huge plus for extra pillows), a desk and a big wardrobe. Very nice bathroom. In the room there is a kitchennette with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine (coffee and tea was available). In room we found all products for breakfast. The atmosphere of this place is so cosy and pleasant, you don't want to leave it!

We had a pleasure of staying at Sibolla Holidays estate, and it was unforgettable experience. Nested at the Sibolla Lake in Altopascio this accomodation offers a serene and picturesque setting that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Location is perfect as a start point for nearby cities like, Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Siena, San Gimignano and Firenze. Owners are very friendly and attentive making sure all our needs were met. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The accommodation was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. For the price Sibolla Holidays offers exceptional value, and makes it a top choice for anyone looking to explore Tuscany.

Cinzia was really super host since the beginning. We were travelling with our toddler and even before the arrival she offered to us a crib to make it ready. Since we actually arrived, Cinzia was helpful all the time. She told us where we can eat, what to visit, with some sale. She was really nice and easy to talk person, during the breakfasts she was smiling and doing funny things with our baby, we were chitchatting multiple times, and those breakfasts were amazing (we were even eating on a terrace) with local products from bakery (I guess her friend if I remember correctly). During our stay she was also asking if we have trash to remove, change our sheets or towels. So I can only recommend.

Room was very clean and nice, comfort beds and all the necessary in the room. It is perfect for a night or 2 stay. Lucia was very nice and makes amazing coffee! Location is quiet but nice and save (also good starting point to travel to other cities). Would recommend!
