I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice! The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful — they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommended!

The location was central, and all the major sites were within easy walking distance. The B&B is located in a square with an old church in its centre, a supermarket, 2 restaurants and a café/bakery. There are roads leading off the square in every direction. The bed was very comfortable. The linen and towels were clean, and the room was well cleaned every day. Breakfast was served in the room, as is the B&B's policy. The host, Gianluca, was very pleasant and helpful.

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere. The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical. The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.

The staff, Lia and David, were wonderfully accommodating. The facility was beautifully decorated, including the junior suite. The period furnishings were a lovely touch. The breakfast was very satisfying and, again, the staff was very attentive. The San Samuele vaporetto stop is 40 meters away...extremely convenient for a waterbus ride to San Marco's. Walking around Venice is such a delight, even with the summer crowds. The neighborhood is less congested and great for a late night romantic stroll among the small bridges and canals of the San Samuele neighborhood and beyond.

Very clean rooms and confy bed. The hotel is located along a quiet canal with restaurants and bars close by. Murano is a great location to stay in for a weekend in Venice allowing you to avoid the touristic caos. The vaporetto to Venice (15-20 min boat ride) stops is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Very friendly staff!
