Vanessa the owner was amazing even though no English she went over and beyond to communicate with us via an app in person. We were lucky we arrived the afternoon of the beer festival. Ended up meeting the whole family. Perfect location to sit and watch the town celebrate. Located on Piazza but the tripke glazing kept any noise out. Great nights sleep very comfortable. Breakfast included at locale Cafe and private parking organised for 15 euro. This was our last stop in Italy before heading to Roma airport. A great option.

What an amazing experience we had in this jewel, Lelive B&B, in Sermoneta, a lovely historic town near Ninfa (a UNESCO designated garden). Owner Dino brought to life with incredible care, this beautiful medieval stone home with unparalleled taste and love (pictures don’t do it justice). Every detail was carefully thought out. Dino couldn’t have been a more wonderful host that provided us the MOST remarkable 3 days that we have ever experienced in our travels. Lelive was immaculately clean, wonderfully situated, with very comfortable beds, and a great breakfast. It is quiet, exactly what we were hoping for, and most importantly full of soul.

Hi We had a amazing time, the accomodation was wonderful, beautiful historic calm soothing rooms. Very spacious, clean,comfortable and so quiet. From the balcony you could see vineyards across the road, stars at night clearly. The view of the mountains was breath taking, you see the castle lit up in Sermoneta and see the town of Norma lit high up on mountain. Very relaxing,the host filpio and his partner were amazing. Had breakfast set up every morning fresh croissants, fresh Italian coffee, toast,cereal,fruit,yogurt,tea,milk. Lots of variety. Excellent start to day. Amazing people and very kind, knowledgeable. We had some great conversations. Will come back next year and tell all my friends. Like living with family. Regards Rapinder

The room was spacious, modern and super clean, well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Instructions for check-in were clear and sent in advance. It was easy to find. There were a few parking places and nice outside area with trees and a terrace. The supermarket with wide choice of vegetables and fruits was nearby. The WiFi was working well, it just took us a while to find the password - it was in the bedroom in the wardrobe. The overall experience was above our expectation.

A great and extremely friendly B&B. Room was super, large with a great bed. Bathroom also large with a great powerful shower. Breakfast was self service but with good coffee and freshly baked morning goods. Extremely good value, especially compared to the hotel close by that I usually stay in. Only thing I would change is the cool white lighting. Warm white is so much better suited to a living environment.

It was my first time in B&B apart. The room and everything was very clean and it was nice. Breakfast is the one more surprise (It's difficult to find some meal which you can't try during that breakfast The view from the room with the terrace is nice ANd special thanks for the owner and family.
