We stayed for 8 nights in the modern room and we really liked it. The accommodation is modern, located in a good area of ​​Olbia (it's a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, the supermarket is 5 minutes walk away). The cleaning is well done, both in the room and in the common hallway (you can smell a pleasant smell when you enter the room). We communicated very well with Riccardo, the information for check in and check out was accurate and sufficient. In addition, he gave us a lot of information about places to visit and restaurants that we should try. We highly recommend this accommodation and if we come back to Olbia we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

The room was fantastic! It looks exactly like on the pics. Everything is new, super clean, comfy bed, the bathroom is big and new. You got an amazing view over the garden with the olive trees. A small refrigerator is in the room, the tv is amazing too as you can connect all your apps ( we did it with our iPhones and it worked directly without any issue). Air conditioner is also working perfectly. The hosts were more than friendly and made us feel like at home. Travel time to Olbia city with a car is 10 minutes so it felt like the perfect place to relax and to be central. We definitely are gonna come back.

The owner is amazing! Helped us in every situation and was always in touch. The room was sparkling clean, bathroom is new and modern. With free parking in front of the building - no problem at all. From the bedroom window you can watch airplanes go up and down all night long. Easy to reach main streets with all the cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back here next time I visit Olbia!

The property was lovely we were greeted by Simona who gave us our keys and showed us around. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and we had everything we could want plenty of toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities aswell as all we could want for breakfast.     Friendly owner who is happy to help and advise. Room was basic but provided everything we needed. We were allowed to use a shelf of the fridge for personal stuff and to sit on the terrace adjacent to the breakfast room. We really enjoyed the varied breakfast with fresh fruit! The B&B is located on a busy street, but we were not bothered by any noise at night. The city center is a 20 minute walk down the road. There is a private parking available at a fee, but we just parked our car on the street without any issues.
