Clean and private room, and very fast and effective communication with the hosts. We appreciated being able to check-in earlier. Convenient location to reach out the train station (cca 14 min walk) and catch the train to Firenze. Free parking spot in the street was great addition.

The location is very convenient for visiting Florence Continental breakfast is served at the property. Simona and Sara are extremely helpful, advised where to park the car or eat out in Florence. I received the instructions how to find the keys but still couldn't find them. Simona arrived to help me out at 12:30 pm on Saturday evening. No charge for late check in.

A really, really nice place! We felt at home from the first moment. Alessandro was really nice and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable, with a nice view to the Piazza. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (supermarket right across the street). It's in the town center, everything in-between walking distance, but still quiet and cozy. Highly recommended! 💛

Giovanni the owner and his staff were delightful, warm and helpful despite being busy harvesting the olives, which was interesting to watch. The hotel is very clean, the cleaning lady changed our towels every day and gave us complimentary water bottles, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. We arrived close to midnight and the lady at the reception waited for us and helped us with our bags, for which there is also an elevator. The room was new and renovated, it had a new tv and AC. There was a good coffe machine and a snack machine roght outside the room. I was suprised by the negative reviews and I don’t see a reason for them. I had nothing but good impressions of this hotel 10 out of 10.
