This lovely little hotel (aka boutique rooms) were exceptional. Fantastic location in the heart of Reggio. Spotlessly clean and nice and modern, I can't recommend this place enough along with the communication from the property since we were unfamiliar with booking accommodation in Italy. Andre was incredibly helpful and clear with instructions. Upon check out I bumped into the cleaning lady and she was so nice. The whole stay was nothing short of awesome and really great value for money. Would stay here again without a doubt.

The location of the accommodation is excellent and it is right near the center of Reggio Emilia so you can go to the city on foot. There is also a free parking near the accommodation (in front of the cemetery, about 300 m away). The city center is beautiful, not so touristic and it is definitely worth visiting. There are also at weekends street markets in the city center. If you are in the city, you should definitely visit the Civic Museums of Reggio Emilia (free entry) and the Teatro Municipale Reggio Emilia, where are often concerts or other events. Anyway, buying Parmesan at the market is a must, because it is really good.

It was wonderful – from the owners and staff to the apartment itself. Everything was clean, and absolutely all the amenities you might need during your stay were available – and even more. There was even a first aid kit in the cupboard, which once again shows that everything here is done with care, and you are truly welcomed. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated interior, quiet surroundings, friendly people – just like home! The owners and staff are always happy to help and keep in touch. They even left us a basket with snacks and a bottle of wine in the fridge before our arrival🥹. Nearby, there is a shop, public transport stops, and dining places. Our stay there was incredible, and I hope to come back again!🤍

The appartment is in a very nice and quiet location, off the city center. The walk to the city center is about 20 minutes, along a main road, very accessible and safe. It was very clean and had all the basic necessities for our stay. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and candy. Our room and the bathroom were spacious enough. There is an amazing bakery nearby and it is close to a super market and a bus station. The host was polite and answered all my messages promptly before we arrived (only in italian though).
