Very nice breakfast, central location at walking distance to the city centre, antique furniture in our bedroom of historical significance. Signora Anna really kind and did made the extra mile to find out times and bus for our transfer to the airport the morning after when a strike was scheduled and a religious procession was going to block the roads, we made it on time thanks to this information.

Everything was perfect. Owners were very, very friendly and the place is beautiful. The owners even made us special breakfast - fried eggs with local prosciutto and treated us with their house wine in breakfast which was complemented with lots of delicious house made pastries.

If you want to visit Venice, this place is a truly hidden gem! There are a few rooms, and all of them can share two fully equipped kitchens. The whole property seems brand new and upscale. The rooms are very stylish you have a view to nature and everything is very clean. There is a wonderful big pool to refresh. 3 min. From the property there is the train station that brings you in 25 min directly to venice! There are enough spaces for the car and the whole property is protected by a big fence.
