If you want to visit Venice, this place is a truly hidden gem! There are a few rooms, and all of them can share two fully equipped kitchens. The whole property seems brand new and upscale. The rooms are very stylish you have a view to nature and everything is very clean. There is a wonderful big pool to refresh. 3 min. From the property there is the train station that brings you in 25 min directly to venice! There are enough spaces for the car and the whole property is protected by a big fence. Place is superb for families of 4 or more, the host was extremely kind and helpful. Beds were excellent, bathroom superb. Location is excellent if you want to go to Outlet and visit Venice for 1 day. Complementary coffee and tea were excellent. Kitchen and dining room is in process of restauration, was very useful but it will be even better.

A unique experience in a house carefully furnished with collected historical furniture. Nice garden and rich and tasteful breakfast itself on the terrace is a special experience. Sandra is an excellent host, willing to help, willingly offered to prepare extra breakfast for our kid. Quiet place very close to the beautiful historical center. Thank you for this experience, we will be happy to return!

Very nice landlady! Quiet and nice location. Near to the highway, but far enough from the traffic, near to the beach, but far enpugh from the party tourist Just perfect for us. Very nice and clean room. I love the balcony.

We had a fantastic stay. Sandra, the owner, was incredibly kind and responsive. The accommodation had unique architecture and was kept spotless with daily cleaning. Breakfast was delicious, and parking was very convenient. The location is ideal, being close to the train station and city center. Highly recommended!

Stylish little place with a luxury touch. We had a overnight stay while visiting Lifo di Jesolo and Venice . Welcoming host, clean and nice rooms, great breakfast and private parking . Great location near Lido, Venice and Noventa di Piave outlet.

Centrally located and at the same time very quiet. 40 min.drive to Venice parking, so good point to visit most beautiful town! Cosy, full of carefully selected antiquities and very personal approach in every step. Excellent breakfast with wide selection of local cheese and hams. Cute piggy, children like much!!!
