The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

Great staff organization; Lia was incredibly friendly, always available and very helpful - she made excellent recommendations for our time in Siracusa and even saved us a free parking spot right next to the hotel - she truly is the star of the hotel!!; cleanliness; room size; terrace; easy and quiet AC control for the night made sleeping very pleasant in such a hot climate; free water, coffee, and tea in the room; the fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast.

Everything. From the location, the friendly staff, comfortable beds, cleanliness of the room, amazing view, attention to detail regarding facilities you may need (ex. you can rent a towel/sun umbrella for 1€ per day so you dont need to buy one, you can buy additional breakfast, water, coffee etc.) They also let us leave our luggage for couple of hours, so we can wander around Siracusa. Basically perfect!
