Location The location is absolutely perfect. Stintino is a small, charming town, and the guesthouse sits directly above a peaceful little harbor. Within walking distance, you’ll find several excellent restaurants – our favorite was Lu Fanali, which combines great food, attentive service, and a stunning view. Every Thursday, there’s a lively market in the town square just 500 meters away, and less than 100 meters from the house there’s La Pietreria, a small shop with an excellent selection of local products. Parking was never a problem, as we could always find a spot right near the accommodation. Despite being so central, the place is wonderfully quiet – we slept with the windows open, and there was total silence throughout the night. Room & Comfort The house has five rental rooms, and ours (Room 3, upstairs) was outstanding. Recently renovated, tastefully designed, and equipped with efficient and very quiet air conditioning, it made the room a cool and comfortable retreat even on hot days. The bathroom was spacious enough, featuring a modern shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The bed was very comfortable, with a medium-firm mattress and a double blanket. A special touch was having two pillows per guest, each with different firmness, so you can choose what suits you best.

The bed is so confortable. The owners are nice persons and they ensure your stay is cofortable. Good breakfast. We' had some good recomandation and a booked table for dinner as. well is a nice restaurant downtown

Very well-appointed modern apartment overlooking the marina. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Superb restaurant immediately across the street, and town centre within a five minute walk. Highly recommended.

Location - location - location! Perfect host Antonio made us very welcome at his lovely Stintino property, he took time to explain everything and his breakfasts on the terrace were delicious. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed - the shower invigorating and the sea view from the window magnificent. Antonio went the extra mile with a surprise bottle of Prosecco for my partners birthday on arrival day too.

Owner was extremely helpful, I had forgotten my bank card and he gave me cash against a PayPal transfer. Free ht beverages machine available. Close to seaside and port and boats to Asinara, just a 10 minute walk away.

Breakfast only coffe and a Crosiant... Location was in the center.

Nice apartment in the city center, very small city, parking on the street but its very busy during high season. Close to La Pelosa. Bed linen included, towels not. You find everything you need for your holiday. Ofelia was very nice and helpful. Dont take boat transfer from Stintino to Asinara, much more expensive then from Porto Torres 40 e vs 20 e. Good working wifi

Ice cold air conditioning, easy parking and walking distance from everything in town.

I loved the zen feel of the property and the attention to detail, incorporating old with new. Many private secluded areas to enjoy. Having a pool was fantastic. Breakfast is homemade by Frederico, delicious! Sunset is absolutely beautiful.
