Free parking in the court of the villa. Very nice, helpful hosts, the ladies even booked a place for us in the nearby restaurant. The apartment was very well equipped, maculate clean and the breakfast was great. The center is 15-20 minute walk. Recommended.

We stayed in this apartment for a week in September. The overall evaluation is excellent! The apartment is located in the historical part of Undine. The better location is impossible to imagine. A lot of restaurants, pizzerias and shops are right under your windows. The room is fresh renovated and comfortable. And owner of the apartment, Michele, deserves special words of gratitude. He is very friendly and is ready to help in any time of the day. I definitely recommend this apartment for stying in Undine.

The owner, Mr. Roberto greeted us on our arrival and showed us to the apartment which is brand new, well maintained and very cozy and comfortable to be in. There is also a parking place in front of the building, within the yard, so one does not need to worry about the vehicle. The apartment features absolutely everything you may need for your stay in Udine: fridge, hair dryer, water kettle, Smart TV, towels, etc. Great value for money. Thank you Roberto!

Beautiful property, very comfortable, set in a stunning location. Gorgeous room, comfortable bed, generous bathrooms, dining room. Romina is wonderful, she makes you feel so welcome and is very friendly and kind. Breakfast was amazing also, with our vegetarian diet, it just kept coming. Loved every minute of our stay. The stay at the charming house owned by Milena and Claudio was a perfect escape from the big city atmosphere. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed and more. Among everything we liked, the breakfast stood out the most. It was by far better than in the most of the hotels we stayed in. We recommend this type of accomodation to everyone who want to experience peaceful Italian stay combined with delicious food for breakfast!
