We booked very last Minute and were a little bit sceptical what to expect, but once we rang the bell we saw the friendly face of the owner. The moment he let us inside, we were so impressed how bright, clean and high quality the house and rooms are. Everything is newly renovated and very tasteful. The floor of the breakfast kitchen is so beautiful, you almost feel bad walking over it. You can safely park your car on his property. It was super easy to take the bus back and forward to the city. The owner will give you all the information you need, to have a good time in Venice. This is really a hidden gem and a total recommendation. If you want a smart way to visit Venice with a little bit of adventure. We had the feeling that we were visiting an Italian friend who made sure we had a good time and would help us if needed. Thank you very much for this experience.

The room is amazing. Nicely decorated with everything you need. And the aircon really helped in the warm weather. Also they arranged a sundown water taxi cruise for use which was absolutely amazing. Would 100% recommend
