Everything. The hotel is located on a rather quiet street, so drop-off and pick-up are always easy. It is also near the nicest part of Rainbow Street. Their PDF is very helpful! I followed their recommendation and made the most of my stay, even though it was only for a day. They are also very thoughtful - they have complimentary healthy snacks. There is a Mexican cloud kitchen next to it, Hombre. They can deliver food to your room.

A good location for a stress-free stay in Amman, Guest House Hotel Amman by FHM is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

The place is spacious and very clean, new and modern. The water pressure was superb. The hosts were really hospitable and friendly. It's is very close to the archeological park. This was by far the best accommodation we stayed at during our 10 day stay in Jordan.
