The owner was friendly and ensured our stay was comfortable and taken care of. A very cosy and charming cottage-like ambience. The common bath is like a private 'onsen' experience when used alone. There is everything to like here. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The meals in the restaurant next door (same complex) were wonderful. The slow cooked beef was the best steak dish I have had in Japan. The staff here were also professional and friendly. English was no problem. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

The food, staff and location were amazing! So close to amazing climbing and hikes. The staff were friendly and helped is with everything we needed and the food was incredible, dinner and breakfast was so much food, keeping us fueled on our adventures. The onsen was lovely too and you could have private sessions.
