The owner is kind and nice, a great person to exchange experiences and talk to and as she is also a tour guide she gave a lot of tips and I was able to do laundry as well. I highly recommend the stay.

.This was the best place I stayed in Japan, so much I asked to extend my stay. The room was incredibly big for a Japanese hotel, the bed was comfy and heated. The common area allowed me to connect and meet people while still enjoy the private of my own bedroom and bathroom. I will definitely come back if given the chance

Very good place, free luggage storage even after check out. We loved our stay here, would definitely recommend! We are coming back as soon as possible.

The room is very clean and near central station. The service was excellent, i had a problem with my low back and the female owner profided me an extra mattress, she brought our suitcases down stairs and even drove us to the central station because all the taxis were occupied !! This lady is a rare gem!
