Super great host!! He was so nice. The accommodation has everything and I felt very welcomed. It is a 10 min walk from the Imaichi train stations. The private room is extremely comfortable and in Japanese style. The dorms were also great but not so comfortable because moving in your bed affects the other 3 people in the dorm. The 4 beds are part of one single structure, similar to a capsule dorm.

The owner was such a lovely person, she went through the sightseeing of Nikko and showed us the house. The room was typical Japanese style with futon. She was so kind and prepared and offered a delicious breakfast, she also gave us an origami as fortune gift

Very pleasant night. The owner of the accommodation takes care of every detail, from your welcome with recommendations on what to visit in the area to a very good and complete breakfast in the morning completely free of charge. The room is very comfortable, futon on tatami, and there are two bathrooms to share with the other guests. You also have the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before and after check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Sanga Nikko could not have been better! Yoshi is incredibly kind and helpful in every possible way. From the fresh fruits and bikes, to his advise for trains and the Nikko area, our stay was wonderful. He also offers free portrait photos of his guests, as he was a photographer in his previous job! The accommodation is very clean, 3min from train station and main road, and perfectly prepared with everything you possibly need, nothing could be improved. The Japanese room has futons which are very comfy and softer than expected, and very warm comfy blankets were provided during winter. Very clean bathroom and kitchen as well, with lots of included amenities (toothbrush, coffee, hairdryer, razor, laundry machines, etc) We will definitely stay again here when we visit Nikko! Thank you so much Yoshi.

Eimi guest house is spectacular, it gives you the opportunity to sleep in a real, authentic japanese house. It was spotless, the room was spacious and very comfortable. It is also well located close to the train station. Eimi also was very welcoming and super helpful, wether it was to check the train timetables or to recommend activities and restaurants in the area. I really recommend this guesthouse for a stay in Nikko!

    Lovely, clean and quiet place. Izumi was a great host. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had the privilege to see a mother deer with its fawn from our deck, it was spectacular. We highly recommend this beautiful stay.

    Quiet scenic location. Everything walking distance. There are several restaurants near by. We didn’t have breakfast at the property so can’t comment. Lovely private onsen. First come first serve. Next to the river so can watch the river flowing by from the onsen. Kanmangafuchi Abyss starts at the hotel. Don’t miss it.

    Great hosts who went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Spotless house, quiet location, beautiful touches to make it feel homely, an awesome bath that stays hot and fills automatically- the best bath I have ever had! Hosts had information including timetables for buses, shows at edo wonderland at their finger tips. Walking distance - 5mins to bus stop and only 10mins tops to train station. Host also took us to the train station in their private car - very friendly, polite and helpful. Loved our stay and wish we stayed longer.

    Great location for visiting the shrines and temples. Quiet and cosy, old style and comforting. Free tea and coffee and use of tableware if you want to eat your own food. Friendly owner with great advice about where to visit and where to eat. Spotless shared washrooms. Great private Japanese style baths for a good soak at the end of the day. Easy access by bus from the station. I enjoyed the breakfast of toast, an egg, fruit, and coffee (not included in my room price); it was perhaps a little pricey but very convenient.
