the Riad and property itself is beautiful and architecturally marvellous. breakfast was lovely, room was clean. finally the staff, Abdulkarim, Aziz and Mounir were immensely helpful and honest. PLEASE speak to them before buying anything in particular to avoid painful rip offs which might spoil your trip. they went out of their way to help us and I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Fes

We stayed in this riad in the heart of the medina. The welcome is very warm: you are picked up when the taxi drops you off and you are brought back for departure. The staff is very attentive and advises you on activities to do in the surrounding area; we have never been disappointed by their recommendations (restaurants, spa, walks, etc.). The rooms are clean, well equipped and the setting is pretty. Dinners on the terrace are very enjoyable. In addition, the staff speaks fluent French, English , in addition to their native language .

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The level of communication was excellent, and the service was very attentive and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean and had a pleasant, fresh scent, while the lobby was absolutely stunning, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a traditional Moroccan tea and offered detailed advice on Medina, which can be quite complex. Mohamed offered to arrange a private guide for us—an option we’ll definitely consider next time, as the local streets can be quite intricate. This property truly captures the essence of Moroccan hospitality, combining warm service with the beauty of its surroundings. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

I had an amazing stay ! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The location was perfect (5 mins from the blue gate ), close to all the main traditional areas (Felt like stepping into a time machine, where the rich history, ancient medinas, and timeless charm transported me back to a different era) , yet still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely return
