The property is located in a great spot- it is incredibly comfortable and the host Annalisa really is fantastic; she gave us the best advice on local food spots, getting taxis and even hiring a car! I definitely would recommend staying at La Maison soleil as it is a gem on the east coast of Mauritius!

The location. The beach just in front and Palmar Beach within walking distance. Boats to Il Aux Cerfs just literally around the corner. Quite good choices of supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway shops. The owners were especially nice. Very pleasant and professional. I was allowed to remain until after checkout time as my return flight was in the evening. Good privacy. Good facilities. Can cook, has a microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and an iron and ironing board. Clothes line to hang out your washed clothes. Lovely dining area.

Jay is a great host. You feel at home anytime and he is very helpful for advices, local options and even support for activity booking. The breakfast in the garden is wonderful! Fresh and tasty and just perfect to start a great day. The room is large, gets a balcony facing the garden, is very clean and has a small en-suite kitchen and bathroom. Possibility to park next the house. It is located aside the main road which means more peacefull. Some restaurant options are located 300m away.

This accommodation was very perfect. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. You could see the ocean and the surrounding area was very calm. In the outdoor area you can find a pool and you have a direct access to the river. It is a pleasure to stay there! In addition, the staff was very hospitable. You can order home-cooked dinner for a reasonable price. I can recommend this place!

Truly a very nice accommodation. Staff were great including the owner who'd said 'Hello' to me on my first day. I stayed at the studio, No 7. Very spacious, with a separated seating area with sofas, TV and a coffee table. No problem with the parking, although there are parking on site, you can also park outside. Breakfast was good too. 5 stars for the wifi connection! I stayed at Talamba Blue during my last 2 days of my vacation in Mauritius, unfortunately I didn't use their swimming pool. The pool is beautifully designed! Although there's a beach within a 2 min walk, I didn't go there as it was always crowded. I had an early flight at 7.30am, had to leave at 5.30am and Dave (the owner) arranged that I could have some breakfast like coffee, croissant and some biscuits. Their watchman on duty served the breakfast and one should appreciate his calm and friendly personality. My only negative comment would be the sound of the aeroplanes flying low (since the accommodation is close to the airport). However, it wasn't a constant thing. Overall - highly recommendable!
