I love everything about the property. Its location which strategically located in the center of town, with spacious parking lots which can easily fit 10 (or more) cars, an automatic gate, and an outdoor garden at the back with an excellent shaded area complete with fans and mood lighting which creates a great ambiance (the host can even assist you for any events) facing the pool which adequately size. The rooms can accommodate prominent families, with a complete ensuite bathroom, and the host is thoughtful enough to have a proper drawer for Muslim cooking appliances (full set with tons of mugs), kiblah direction, and even prayer mats. I'm impressed with the place. To top it all, the communication was a breeze. All was done timely and tasteful. Love, love, love!!!

Owner was responsive, found that my rooms is missing out on toothbrush and paste, texted him and he immediately send his staff to send it over. This location are nearby eatery and there’s a good dim sum and otah place. Plus point, there’s lift!

The setting of the grounds and pool were lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Angel was excellent in greeting us and helping with any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tanjung Villa and Muar in general.

The facilities, the privacy, cosiness and a very comfortable stay. Everything was packed into the single room homestay including drinking facilities with a very spacious toilet and shower room. Owner was pleasantly accomodating and allowed us to checked in at 1pm which was earlier than 3pm check in time.
