Lovely & quiet area, as you enter the drive, you pass the Alpacas, and the very nice B & B to your left, we stayed in the room with the balcony, everything is very well presented, we didn't use the pool or sauna, as we just needed to find a restaurant, the owner recommended Pelle's closeby in Deurningen, & it was fantastic (164 beers) & the most flavoursome food I've had in a long time, back to Erve Grootenhuys.you can help yourself to free tea & coffee, and there is also snacks & cold drinks available at a very reasonable price, just write down what you have, & pay before you leave. The room was brilliant, 2 arm chairs, desk & chair, flat screen tv, 2 very comfortable beds & a really nice bathroom with walk in shower, automatic lighting too.. great for the late night visits .. a very nice stay.. thank you.

The water tower is an atypical hotel. The historical tower was wonderful. Breakfast in the room the the + i really liked.

On arrival the hostess offered us coffee and a slice of cake. The living area is equipped with a coffee and tea maker which is free to use. The room was spacious and accessible for people with a disability. The stay ended with a great breakfast.
