The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. I really enjoyed being surrounded by nature and having access to the animals. The hotel owners are such a lovely and kind couple who welcomed me warmly and gave recommendations for dinner nearby. The room is big enough and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had everything one needed to start the day. Overall, if I happen to pass by this area, I'll definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful 3 night stay on "the donk" with lovely views over the fields full of ducks, geese and swans. Even though we weren't that lucky with the weather all the days the area is really nice to take a walk along the small rivers, go cycling, visit Rotterdam or even drive to Biesbosch nature reserve and explore the area by bike. The breakfast was sooo good and with a lot of attention to detail. At night it is very quiet and in the morning the first thing you might hear are the chickens behind the house or some pigeons in the nearby trees. The room was very clean and the colors and furniture all had a certain special touch that we really liked.

Beautiful apartment situated in a great part of the city overlooking the canal. Great standard throughout. Apartment had everything we needed
