This was a cozy place to stay with a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. The pull out sofa bed was comfortable enough and the little kitchen had everything we needed. It was a happy bonus that there was a very friendly cat outside who greeted us as we settled in.

We had a wonderful stay at 66 Chaucer B&B, which was super clean and always filled with different kinds of tea bags and snacks that you have whenever you want. Microwave and fridge were also available in the room. The hosts are so kind and always helpful. We stayed there for 5 nights and had nice chats with them. Highly recommend 66 Chaucer B&B to anyone who looking for accommodation around Cambridge, Hamilton. It will be a very choice for you even as a stopover for Hobbiton Movie Set next day.

It was the first day I arrived at NZ and it was rainy cats and dogs. So I got here very late. The landlord is very nice, helping me park the car. The house has a beautiful garden with colorful flowers.

In a word - excellent! Breakfast (cooked) was very nice and just the sustenance I needed for my upcoming busy day. The location is almost rural but still handy to town and felt fresh, clean and nicely quiet. The room and property were immaculate, like a show home almost but much more welcoming. Wayne and Mereana obviously put a lot of thought into the design and decor - simple but well executed. Like the towel rail is right next to the shower (don't often get that even in a five star hotel and I've stayed in a few)....and the towels had that luxurious feeling - so good I've had to go out and buy some for home! The room itself was spacious as was the bathroom (great shower). Good lighting (often don't get that in hotels), but soft bedside lights as well - perfect combination. Excellent bathroom lighting too (compared to you know what!). Bed & pillows were comfortable and I slept well (compared to some places!). Wayne and Mereana were very welcoming and I felt like we were old friends by the time I left - not intrusive - but there when you needed them. I felt more like a welcomed family member that some random guest - can't feel better than that.
