Everything was great about our stay. The location is just perfect and walking distance from the beach and very nice restaurants. Includes a very nice breakfast and the family is super nice, always caring for you! If coming back to Lima would stay here again 100%. They will give you very nice restaurant tips plus a map of the city with things to visit!

The location cannot be better. It is in a residential area of Miraflores, a famous and safe touristy area. It is about 10 min walk from Larcomar, by the beautiful coastal line. There are 2 Tourist Information nearby as well so super convenient. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, and like many other reviewed-super lovely. They make 100% fresh mixed juice every day, popped quinoa and oats based pancake with 2 local syrup choices, coffee, teas, omelettes, bread, cut fruits with option of many toppings-such as yoghurt, granola, popped quinoa, oats, bee pollen etc. Staff are so kind and go out of their way to make guests feel at home. There is a communal kitchen where you can cook, make tea etc. Some room has a kitchen inside the room as well. Renzo is internationally well traveled, knowledgeable on so many topics, just an amazing person with social welfare (helping indigenous women to be independent and productive to keep artisanal culture alive) as his goal. Janet went out of her way to help me with getting my refund for my flight tickets, and found a great acupuncture, booked for my family member needed. She found one who speaks good English, which was a huge help. I cannot thank them both enough. Renzo has a dog named Ocha, after the street the place is on, who is so well behaved and good natured. It is an added bonus if you are missing your dog while travel.:-)

Excellent location right next to excellent restaurants and walking distance to many great sights. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. Overall we found this to be great value and would recommend it, especially if it’s your first time in Lima.
