We had an amazing 3 day stay! We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left. Eric, his wife and Elsa are wonderful hosts! The room was clean, organized and had a very warm vibe; the views are gorgeous and place is very well maintained. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and we had fantastic dinner watching the sunset, and they even got us a heart-warming cake. The guesthouse is nearby beautiful places, such as Cascata da Pedra da Ferida and Fragas de São Simão, which makes it easy to know a little bit of the centre of Portugal. Perfect for couples looking to getaway from the commotion of daily life, and enjoy sometime with nature.

Beautiful cottage with a wonderful view. We got the double room in the house with private bathroom (not ensuite, but we didn’t mind). The room is tastefully decorated and even though it’s not big the space is well utilized. The bed is bigger than what it looks like on the photos. There’s also a nice balcony and air conditioning. Maria, the host, is a lovely sweet woman who gave us many good tips in the area. Be sure to go the Al Medas and O Burgo restaurants!

Everything about this stay has been amazing! The owner has been super welcoming and sweet and made sure we were comfortable and all set up! The rooms are cozy, clean, well equipped and the facilities had everything needed for a great stay. The property is also very peaceful and one minute away from all the nice nature of the area. They thought of everything, starting from the comfort to the attention in the decor and the composition of breakfast!

Talasnal Casas da Urze TER is located in Lousã and features a private pool and mountain views. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.
