Wonderful and historic accommodation! Vladimir and his wife make you very welcome in their beautiful home. Rooms are located off the central patio and the historic beams and vaults are visible in the rooms. This location had the best AC of any of our accommodations- it would actually cool off to 16C. When we arrived, Vladimir gave us recommendations for dinner (Gostilina Amadeus - was wonderful) and a map with a recommended historic walking tour of the old town. We only had a brief stay in Ptuj - so we put our things away, ate and enjoyed the walking tour. Ptuj is amazing! I wish we had 2 nights there to actually see the castle and the museums. Such amazing architecture! Breakfast was wonderful - lots of fresh, local fruit!

Such a beautiful cafe and room! We loved every bit of our stay and would definitely come again. The staff was very friendly as well. The breakfast was also delicious and of a very high quality.

The owner was very friendly, and the hostel felt homely. We had access to play chess and take tea and coffee during our stay. The garden was lovely where you could take some tea in the morning. Full of flowers and beautiful decorations. The location is great, close to the centre. It was an amazing experience

first time here, and probably gonna come back. I liked the bar below with excellent espresso and draft beer. You can have a decent pizza as well. Location worked for me as well.
