B&Bs in Sousse

After 2 weeks in Tunisia with many hotels we can say that this was the best. by far. They try very hard to do everything right and we were treated like royals ;) The rooms are very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need, in every detail. the breakfast is generous and very tasty. The hotel is very centrally located in Hergla. a lovely little village on the coast with delicious restaurants and lovely boutiques with handmade artwork. When we arrived there was no hot water in the whole village. but that was fixed quicker than first stated. There is even a heater in the room. very pleasant and super cozy. Thank you and we wish you a good start with your hotel.

Everything was perfect! Starting from the cookies with my name prepared in the room and till the last day when Toutou went with me to the bus station to say goodbye. I like how Toutou treats his guests, I met other guests in the guesthouse during my stay too, and he made recommendations for everyone in accordance with our preferences, showed to everyone places they are interested in. Toutou took me first day on the walking tour to medina and marina, to cafe decorated in a local style and then to a nice place for dinner. Next morning started with delicious breakfast with Toutou mom homemade bread and homemade harrisa. And Toutou also cooks delicious local food at the guesthouse! Then I went to Kairouan, he explained to me how to go, what to see, which places to visit there, so I didn't need to search it by myself. In the evening I went to hammam-sauna and it was a really nice unique experience! Toutou usually brings his guests to a nice local hammam and translates to the lady, as she cannot speak English. So with his help guests can experience local hammam (which is different from other countries what I tried). The guesthouse is very clean and warm, there is always hot water and there are warm blankets in the rooms for winter. Internet connection is good, and as I understand there were digital nomads staying for weeks there. The neighborhood is nice, it's far from medina (easy to reach by local bus louage) and located in a quiet local district, where you can see people in traditional clothes on the streets. Rooms are big and well decorated. And Toutou collects information about birthdays of his guests, when I was in the guesthouse I saw him congratulating by phone with birthday someone who stayed here before.

This is an extraordinary little gem in the middle of the Medina in Sousse. Beautifully restored house with incredible focus on details. The rooms are stunning with wonderful bathrooms. Khaled is super easy to communicate with and Mouna makes you feel at home instantly and prepares a great breakfast.

Omar and his family welcomed us with open arms. His kindness and facilities made our trip much easier. He offered a tour of Sousse and organised a day trip tour to Monastir and El Jem. So worth it! Traditional tunisian breakfast. A/C on every room Really recommend it!

I loved the interior design of the rooms. The mix between old and new decorations is incredible and it makes this hotel stands alone in the area. Super friendly staff. I had dinner by their chef and the food was so amazing (one of the best meals I had in Tunisia). Totally recommend it.

The breakfast was lovely, and the staff was really kind and helpful. The place is incredible; an old house, nicely renovated and with a long family history. It was a nice experience. The place was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It is in the heart of the old city and we could explore it and enjoy it. It was a real cultural experience to stay there.

Excellent, one of the most beautiful accommodations we ever stayed in. Spacious rooms, attentively decorated, large common spaces, rooftop pool, delicious breakfast, located in the heart of the medina.

Kader (the host) was a great man, always kind and ready to help. I really suggest this place. 10 out of 10.
