We loved the location in the heart of Cunda but away from the crowds on a lovely quiet street with many historical homesteads (Eolos House being one of them). The full Turkish breakfast was amazing. And we even got a huge packed breakfast for our early checkout. The hosts were wonderful letting us know the room was ready for early check in and even offered an upgrade (which we didn't take up). Their recommendation to the nearby (15min walk) community beach with very reasonably priced sunbeds (200TL)we found very good (but you need beach shoes). Totally recommend as very good value in Cunda.

I had a wonderful stay here and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The house is a beautiful old Ayvalık building with stone walls. The place is spotless clean and perf ectly located close to everything yet peaceful and authentic. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer tips about Ayvalık and make your stay smooth and comfortable. The room was cozy with a very comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and fast WiFi, which made it easy to relax and stay connected. It truly felt like experiencing Ayvalık in the most genuine way, with that special local charm. The location is unbeatablewalking distance to the water & the center of Ayvalık yet peaceful enough to enjoy the local rhythm. If you want a place where you feel welcome, well taken care of, and enjoy a real taste of Ayvalık, this is the perfect choice. Also run by a local family who lives close. The stay offers the full Aegean experience: historic charm, close to the water and in a quiet street in the middle of the town.
