This hotel played a big part in my trip to Taiwan, which was even better than I expected. I would like to thank the staff member Lin for her kindness and generosity in accommodating my hotel reservation mistake before departure. I would also like to thank the staff member who kindly greeted me when I checked in, and the gentleman who helped me pick up from XINBEITOU Station to the hotel. I also have a slight problem with my credit card payment at the JIUFEN store, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff member who willingly helped me solve the problem. Staffs were nice and helpful. The location is great, easy to get to MRT and there are bus stops close by, only few stops from Taipei main station. The room was so comfortable, unique design in each room, the bathroom was well design.We totally loved it. We already booked another stay with them this upcoming weekend.

This is one of those rare hotels where the pictures online correspond 1 to 1 with reality. Someone has put so much thought into it, everything was very consistent and worked perfectly. It was probably the best hotel room I've ever stayed in.
