The entire check-in process is self-service, and following the instructions with a translation app was quite clear. For me as a foreigner, it was a very refreshing experience.

I didn't plan to travel Sanyi but prices were just crazy during weekend in Taichung and Puli so i gave a try... and honestly it was worth it. Good and clean hostel with friendly and helpful owner. I recommend a stop here and go hike Huoyanshan mountain .
