This is a lovely turn-of-the-century house that is great to stay in when you want a break from hotel chains and want to experience a home-like environment in charming Victorian style. Barbee was welcoming and attentive to our needs and she also serves a great breakfast!

The house is beautiful, in a peaceful neighborhood - no one single noise while sleeping in my big, clean, beautifully decorated room :) The location is perfect, walking distance from downtown. I could indipendentlly access to my room directly from the parking. I loved the common spaces and the porch. The owners allowed a earlier check-in and have been exceptionally gentle and helpful and prepared an awesome breakfast, perfectly balanced in taste without being overloaded, I loved it ! Very interesting conversations with the owners over breakfast have been the cherry on top of the cake. Strongly recommended :)

The staff was friendly, courteous, and hospitable. The room had been renovated and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was updated nicely and very clean. The breakfast room was large and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety that was offered and was filling.

The breakfast was great - waffles> The staff was very helpful with informing us of places to visit. the housekeeping & maintenance staff was very pleasant to talk with to find the GOOD food restaurants.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The house was simply beautiful, a brand new place with all the little touches to make it exceptional. The hosts were ahead of our every request, from beach chairs to restaurant recommendations and everything in between. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of parks, a short drive to downtown and the beaches. Loved EVERYTHING! We definitely plan to be back!
