Mike the host was the best, even allowed us to store the bags before check in and after checkout. Breakfast was delicious and included cornflakes, apple juice, coffee, tea, bangles with chocolate, cream cheese and jelly and a sweet donut like dessert.

We had such a lovely stay there.! I absolutely enjoyed the company with the other guests at the breakfast table accompanied by delicious food like a homemade frittata by the landlady.. .It is an exceptional experience! Best place to stay in SF.

a gorgeous building in a premium location very close to the famous neighbourhood of Mission, Castro and Haight Ashbury, but also not far from Union Square and downtown. My room was spacious and comfortable, two big windows facing the street but still very quiet. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had very good quality free toiletries and a powerful shower. I loved staying at the Grove Inn with my friends (we had three bedrooms) and I highly recommend it. For my birthday I found a very sweet birthday card in my room. That was a very nice touch. I will stay again!

Very Clean. Very Comfortable Bed. Everything was available. Felt like home. Very posh and safe locality. Antonio is the best host in the entire San Francisco. Antonio is one of the most interesting person I've ever met. Antonio became a very good friend of mine during this short stay. Antonio is the most knowledgeable person about San Francisco and his recommendations made my visit in San Francisco even more pleasant. Hollywood celebrities are very good friend of Antonio and they visit this place from time to time. Definitely recommend listening to the stories from Antonio.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn by the Bay. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, who was always friendly, attentive, and very helpful – this really made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was very good for American standards: fresh fruit, waffles, bagels, eggs, and good coffee. Everything was well stocked, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were cozy, and despite the central location, it was quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. The location is excellent for exploring San Francisco – Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, and the Embarcadero are all within easy reach. We would definitely stay here again and want to thank the entire team for their warm hospitality!
