A beautiful, majestic, one-of-a-kind hotel with a fascinating history. We booked last minute before rolling into town and initially thought we must’ve pulled into the wrong place. We were planning to stay in Staunton for a night only but ended up extending our stay. The property is an attraction in itself, and you can easily spend a couple of hours exploring it (which we did). The rooms are beautifully fitted, comfortable, and full of character. The staff were all lovely and helpful without exception. We hope to be back one day.

It is a charming old Victorian house, which appeals to us but might not be so popular with those accustomed to modern facilities. We like the dark old wood, the winding staircase, the cute little rooms. Staff were very helpful and the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The meals were excellent! But then, we really like Thai food.

It's been 12 years since we have been to Waynesboro and stayed at the Comfort Inn. Love the location and the facility was just perfect. Parking lot was lit at night, had no problems, the staff was wonderful and helpful. The location has grown so much, that we needed help finding places to go, places to dine, and the Hotel staff provided the help we needed. The room was clean, and quiet. They need to replace the TV Remote. The TV remote was broken and taped up, but we managed with it. We will definitely stay again the next time we get back up there. Hopefully, it won't be a long time like the last. Loved the HOT breakfast too!!!!!
