It’s a lovely accommodation outside sapa where you can actually see and live the local life in the rice fields. And if you wanna go to sapa you can just book a scooter or taxi and go there. They also offer a guide for hiking, it’s a really nice local woman who’s also good in English and explains you a lot about the region while hiking. We can recommend doing a hike from sapa to the accommodation when you arrive (they pick up your luggage) and also the ‘option 1’ hike.

We basically liked everything about Sapa Farmstay! The warm welcome and delicious family dinners with Lang and her husband and children, the views, the swimming pool, the location (just outside of Sapa, which is better than being in the centre because that is so crowded). The host Lang arranged many things for us, such as renting a scooter, taxi’s to Hanoi, a lovely lunch when we arrived after a long trip.. it was just perfect!!

Great home stay. Great people, very friendly and happy family. Delicious dinner. We did the day trek with Mr. Sung and it was very enjoyable. Told us a lot about their culture and others in the area. Really nice pool too with the most amazing view

Since it can be cool in Sapa, we really liked the heating blanket in bed. Personell was really nice and kind and helped us with all questions. We had a good time staying in Maison de Sapa. It is a really lovely and welcoming place.

We had a very very pleasant stay here. When we arrived late by sleeper bus, the hotel owner offered to pick us up as a taxi from the station. At the hotel our room was clean, pre heated and even had electric bed sheets. Even though it was very late we got help from the owner with booking the cable car tour to Fansipan and a hike through the valley. The next morning we had a very nice breakfast and walked in the beautiful garden, which I am guessing is even more beautiful in spring or summer. Even though the walk to the city center is 20 minutes, that actually offered a nice way to see the surrounding area, which felt safe to walk through. Moreover, there is always the option for a relatively cheap taxi here (either with the owner or a regular cab) if you don’t feel like walking (we did that once). During our last day the owner offered us to stay at his home until our bus to Cat Ba arrived (as we had already checked out), which was really kind. We also got to meet his wife and son which seem really nice as well. The hospitality exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend the place to anyone!

    Host and her staff team were absolutely lovely, made it feel like a home away from home! Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and amazing coffee! Staff were so attentive but no overly. Beds firm but comfortable, good wifi. Great location on a quieter street so you could sleep well.
