The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help which made the experience feel extra. room was spotless, comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh options & plenty to choose from (from fruit/yogurt to eggs/sausages). Best of all, the location is super convenient just a 5–10 minute taxi to Victoria Falls Rainforest, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it felt warm and inviting throughout the entire stay.

The staff is more than helpful, very polite! The management offered a better new apartment nearby absolutely free of charge! We also booked via the hotel a helicopter tour snd 1 day trip to Chobe park and it was smoothly organized at high level of service.we really recommend it

Airbnb Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect, close to nearby attractions eg the Rainforest or conveniences, e.g. downtown restaurants and shops. This was truly a home away from home. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and we would definitely stay here again. Sis Phindile and her team were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local tips and ensuring our stay went smoothly.
