Everything was great, especially the breakfast! Before booking, I read that the breakfast was basic, but it turned out to be really delicious. There were three types of sides (pasta, potatoes, and rice), omelets, plenty of fruits, juice, cereal, coffee, and tea!

Good bed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to metro. Nice swimming pool. Clean. It couldn't imagine a better stay in Dubai.

The host and staff are superb, took us to hail the taxi so no stress when heading to the airport, enquired every day our activities and made spot on suggestions. We loved staying there for 3 nights. The property is located 5.7 km from Aquaventure Waterpark, 7.4 km from The Walk at JBR and 7.5 km from The Montgomery, Dubai. Gurunanak Darbar Sikh Temple is 14 km from the guest house and Dubai Autodrome is 18 km away. Good location, very good, helpful staff. Clean, and pleasant atmosphere. I recommend.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of my stay.

All rooms at XVA Art are individually decorated. All rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms have views of the surrounding wind-towers and minarets. We loved the architecture, the gorgeous cafe and spaces. The location was fantastic, the hotel was hidden away but then opens right onto a square. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to let us check in early. Communication beforehand was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed it. We were room 16 and there are no windows due to the layout but that worked well the cool the room and use the air con for sleeping.

A car rental service is available at Private Room in an 3BR High Rise with Burj Khalifa and Fountain Views. Great place to stay. Value for money. Very near to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Had direct access to metro, so in this heat of September it is a blessing. Over all better than expected stay.

It’s close to the airport and it is totally worth the price! It’s nice to have an only ladies hostel. I felt really safe.
