The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

Moreni Guest House is a recently renovated guest house in Gavarr, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property has mountain and garden views. It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.

They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.
