First of all, the location is perfect. Right at the centre of the city, I could easily walk to the fruit market on the corner, shops, stores, and lots of wonderful restaurants that served the most tasty meals. My favourite spot is the Dva Jelena, a 192-year-old restaurant where I was serenaded with delicious food and live music from 3 elderly men. Their singing and playing were heavenly, and I recommend this spot to every visitor. Not to forget, the lady at the reception, Zorica, is an angel. She reached out to me on WhatsApp before I arrived and made sure I was fully briefed on what to expect on arrival and how to navigate my way from the airport to the hotel. Zorica was so sweet and professional, and she kept that positive smile on her face the whole time. I was well received, and I must say the customer service is top-notch. Housekeeping was done every day, and the lady who cleaned was very friendly, respectful, and polite. She greeted me every single time with a smile on her face, and she was very professional and smart with her work. The room has a good solid bed and a working cooling/heating air conditioning system, a good bathroom with a shower for both hot and cold water, and a wonderful minibar with drinks, snacks, a coffee machine, a kettle, etc and a very good wifi internet system. I particularly loved the lighting system, which had a unique blend of different colours of lights, and it gave a very cosy feeling, especially on the dining table. I will come back again.

Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The room was more an appartment - with small fridge, induction plate and water cooker. A great "base of operations" if you plan to be in Novi Sad and do some trips around in Vojvodina.

Wonderful breakfast, with a mean omelet, fresh and delicious products and even vegan options. The room was bright, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The employee was the nicest person you could ever wish, always with a smile and willing to help in any way possible. It was home away from home.

I liked the whole service. The room along with the bathroom was pretty and clean, the quietness of the night rest. The kitchen is lovely and the breakfast food is good. There is a terrace where you can enjoy fresh air and a view. I like this small, boutiqe, private type of accommodation. Last but not least- the staff is kind and helpful.

It's a very clean room, everything is brand new. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the centre. It was easy to get in with the instructions given. We were really pleased with everything.

Everything was clean and very nice organised. It is not 5 star hotel, it is a very intimate, crazy, rustic architecture but with all modern necessary features. You can have the breakfast inside in the kitchen or outside, in the garden , both there are very nice. I would come back anytime there. The bathroom is small, because of the architecture of the house. The simbol of this house is it's vintage architecture, which I would not change to make a bigger bathroom, but it is smaller than expected indeed. Other than that ,it is clean, nice and nothing else needed.

luxury hotel but unfortunately in wrong place, in a village by main road 3 miles north of Komarmo. but has no bar nor restaurant, there is a services next door but shuts at 18.00hrs. found myself having to go back to Komarno and I was cycling which spoilt things couldn't rate hotel or staff high enough for their help and warm welcome
