Guests at the bed and breakfast can enjoy a continental breakfast. it is our first night in tasmania from a long flight. the location is easy to find not too far from city center, it is about 5-10mins drive, and surround by a quiet neighbor as we expected. we arrived here at the evening, which is easy to check in just follow the instruction of the email, and we have lola and rose' room which is fit us and stand close to each other as request. we love the rooms which are clean, lovely and fully equipped, the pillows and beds are all good yet the bed is a bit too soft for us. the breakfast is well prepared right in our fridge and enough for us to refresh our new morning right in our room with a peaceful view of backyard and a sound of birds. it is beyond our expectation. it is a good memory for us, love to be here.

The view from the bedroom and lounge room is stunning. Krista was an amazing host. I wish we could have stayed longer.

So close to the nut and in my room felt like I was transported back in time. Beds very comfortable, and amenities were as expected clean and fresh. Felt like royalty staying here!

Helen & Ross have provided a beautiful cottage, maintaining privacy and homely comfort with full provisions for breakfast and little extras, plus allowing guests to cook meals if you choose to. The bed is so comfortable, the bathroom is amazing with views from the shower itself over the property. A comfortable lounge inside and an outside sitting space overlooking the olive trees. Sam the dog loves to come for a pat and even the friendly chickens love some attention! We absolutely loved our stay here over 5 nights it was the perfect place to centre our holiday to do some sightseeing around Hobart and the southern towns. All you need to bring is your clothes as pretty much everything else is provided. We will definitely be back as we’ve fallen in love with this beautiful little town and everything it has to offer, only 40min from the city of Hobart.

Rooms are pretty - with a retro-decor. The host - Nina - loves to bake and treated the guests to freshly baked breads in breakfast each morning. Her kitchen was also available for cooking - we could make ourselves pasta for dinner. Great view of the Hbt city Bridge at night from the room - once the lights are on. Very comfortable stay.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Host was very friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early. Fantastic views from the decking. A few minutes walk from the famous Bicheno Blowhole. Cabin is well equipped, comfy bed, powerful shower and host has left all sorts of items in cabin to make the stay more comfortable. Great price too. Would go back.
