The bathroom was particularly good with all excellent towels, facilities and top quality fixtures. Breakfast was perfect with a great selection of good food and freshly made coffee at whatever time I requested. Lifts to and from the station were iffered at a very cheao price. The bed was so comfortable.

This was my first visit to Europe and the host was very warm and left me with a good impression and mood Although my foreign language is very poor, the host listened to me patiently and hoped to stay again in the future

Everything was exceptional, there was not one thing even slightly sub-par. The hosts were so accommodating. We were there for a wedding in the area, and they offered to drive us there. This was such a great experience, highly recommended!

Το B&B de oude melkfabriek βρίσκεται σε Valkenswaard και απέχει 47 χλμ από Πλατείας της Αγοράς Hasselt και 48 χλμ από C-Mine. A beautiful converted dairy in a small village , next to a working windmill, what’s not to like ,😀 there is a pub/restaurant and a small take a way food shop. There is also a world class equestrian site . We opted to have breakfast there wasn’t a choice but we had fresh fruit with yogurt ,bolied egg with a section of cheese and meat and assorted bread and pastries all served with a choice of tea or coffees . The B&B de oude melkfabriek were extremely accommodating as we made a short notice booking with them as the B n B we had previously booked which was on our tour route unfortunately became flooded and they had to cancel our stay . This B&B is also a short drive or a long walk to Achel Monastery where there is a shop and restaurant. Although you will find a lot of places are closed on a Monday .

Lesley was an amazing host .. so friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless and gorgeous... Very quiet location and spacious room with a seating area and table, air con, tea/coffee/mini bar and smart TV. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast was unbelievably fantastic.. love the concept of being delivered to our door in a picnic basket... Loads of ham, cheese, eggs, bread, pastries, jams and spreads and a fresh pot of coffee. Id definitely recommend as a relaxing and convey place to stay and we'll certainly stay again if visiting the area. Thank you ❤️

The B & B was beautiful. The host was amazing. She was very friendly and nice to have a conversation with. She was very passionate about her B & B and worked very hard to make it the best experience possible. The place was immaculately clean. The breakfast was great with lots of choices plus sweet little touches like smiley faces on the hard boiled eggs. The host was also very flexible with breakfast times. The shower was better than most in Europe. It was a great location for what I needed and the host went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with everything I wanted and needed. When in Belgium I would stay no where else.

There was also a work space and small balcony. The host/couple was so nice and welcoming. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional - we did not want to leave. The location is good - close to Maastricht. We would like to return.
