Efficient and friendly staff, especially the hostess, who helped me so much and went above and beyond to make my stay there extremely smooth. She helped me organize so many things and was truly a blessing. I appreciated being able to leave my Hire vehicle parked securely there whilst I went for a short trip to Zimbabwe. Also assisted me to organize the shuttle transport to and from Zimbabwe as well - really extremely helpful. Clean and spacious room, and an excellent breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. It was truly one of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had and it is mostly thanks to the incredible host Chimney. He is a remarkable person and host. He helped us so much when we had a car break down and drove us across Savuti to Khwai (which is an incredible distance). I highly recommend staying here and booking meals and activities with Chimney. His game drives were fantastic and he has a great chef who makes wonderful food. The lodge itself is very simple and comfortable with a very reasonable price but the extras are what makes the place extraordinary. Chimney is also a community leader and many things that he is doing is to help his entire village. It is clear the lodge is a labor of love for him and he built it on the site of his grandmother's house.

Place's decor is in good taste and attractive. The parking, garden and the swimming pool are well maintained.

Manager was very helpful, he organised a car to pick us up from hotel and take us to Victoria Falls, we stayed there one night and was picked up again the next day and bought us back to the top stay in. Absolutely loved this property and the staff. We were treated like long-lost friends the minute we arrived and were always greeted with a beautiful smile and our names when we came to the restaurant. The food was amazing and we didn't feel the need to venture off the property to eat. Such a wonderful introduction to Botswana and we definitely will be back.

The property was beautiful, jungly wild gardens designed to attract birds; a private deck a short walk away overlooking the river; a beautiful little cottage with everything you could think of provided; and such a warm welcome from Trish & Sandy. We loved our time staying there.

I enjoyed my stay. The guesthouse is in between Kasane and Kazungula, but it was easy to grab a taxi for 8 pula to get into town. There are taxis constantly going back and forth between the two towns. The location was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were gracious and kind.
