We loved that they offered a nice full sized shower, free wifi, a TV, fridge, stove, plates, cookware,etc. They really blew our expectations especially because we were fighting to find a safe place to stay during hurricane/tropical storm Sara. They even went so far as to drive us to the grocery store so we could have some food and drinks. Absolutely the nicest people we have ever met in Belize! Their property is so beautiful with a river with tilapia and turtles!!

At The BNB on Triggerfish Close to the airport, the traditional restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves American cuisine. We didn’t have breakfast but we had lunch and dinner, it was delicious 😋

Located in Crooked Tree, Becks Bed & Breakfast provides accommodation with seating area. This bed and breakfast features a pool with a view, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Robert and Becky the owners are gracious hosts and always willing to provide advice and help with planning trips. There are only three rooms here, we had the ground floor room which was very spacious although a little dark. Decoration is quite eclectic and unusual but very stylish. A comfortable bed and constant hot water provide the basics for a comfortable stay. The public areas have lots of seating options, two balconies and lots of books to peruse. For anyone wishing to just chill out in peaceful surroundings and close to nature (many birds in the large garden) it is just perfect. Dining options are limited so we had breakfast and dinner here on both nights. Food was excellent and Becky is always willing to accommodate dietary tastes.

It’s a beautiful oasis of calm, warmth and style in a quiet part of Belize. One can see that Francois the owner who was such a welcoming and interesting host, has put her heart and soul into this place and it has paid off. I can’t imagine there is a more special place than this in Belize city. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Above all they were interesting and caring people. It was wonderful to hear the history of the building, their lives and the benefits they are providing for their country and fellow citizens. Our room was beautifully decorated and had a small fridge and coffee machine which was lovely. We also had a nice balcony.
